- Act as a HUB of information and resources related to collaboration about sustainability on Whidbey Island
- Provide professional education about best practices in sustainability
- Serve as a starting place and think tank for collaborative efforts
- Provide support and technical assistance for project design and fund development
- Provide a link to the Island County Council of Governments on sustainability issues and projects
